you will not win this war without going offensive....best is to start making borderless agreements and take over all of northern africa and keep it under controll before the origins are stable enough to control demselves...nigeria is not going to win against boko haram like this.....you need to get to their source or else this war will last another 25years....

Borders, border border! Nigeria has to be in more control of the borders and more professionally armed. The joke is that Igbos are Ugandans and Fulani Libyans.
