Some people just print garbage, how much is a house in lekki that she will spend 85m on renovation. You can get a duplex in lekki for 85m. Who why spend that to renovate someone else building. Fyi their is no rent in Lekki that's up to 10m only Ikoyi carry that price tag. It must sucks not to be exposed, to believe every nonsense printed.
