Go to network settings and set your network preference to 4G only, then set a new APN , APN Name: Ntel Nigeria then APN: Ntel that's all. Cheers

NTEL Engineers in Surulere and Allen outlets. Infact they tried for hours to do manual configuration all to no avail. Guess they are incompetent also.

Hello Yemaldo, you can try to insert the Simcard to other phones. If it is the J8 has problem, you can try to take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center, our colleagues there will try to help you with the problem. Thank you!

The network in festac is very bad or almost non existent, i've been to festac several times and no show most times. But if u're in a high building then u might be lucky, but 95% of the time na wash... Cheers

tried my mifi modem, tried my tablet , tried my 3g modem. NO SERVICE

i am very unimpressed by their setup
the salespeople cannot claim to be unaware of this.
fortunately i only paid for one week [3k] because i wanted to do a test run.
even worse they have no online payment system.
so for now payments would have to be in person or by sending money to the sales reps.
not cool at all.

Sorry bro, I know the feeling; but b4 we pronounce the verdict on their network. Have you done the manual configuration on ur devices? Secondly a 3G modem or device will not work, it has to be 4G LTE enabled.

Check the above and get back to me if u need clarification, but a note of warning NTEL no dey work for Festac/ Amuwo since last night oh. I spent the night in that area. Cheers

Only time will tell if it's sustainable, as per spread in festac; I hope it comes soon, cos they have a festac address as one of their prospective office locations.

For Lekki, ntel's signal is quite good around Agungi. In proper geographic terms, "Lekki Phase 1" stretches from after Mobil, through VGC. Agungi is about midway. I wouldn't know if the signal is that good throughout the stretch, though.

Got my Ntel sim yesterday and I inserted it inside my unlock swift 4GLTE. The signal bar was about 3 to 4 but when I connect my phone to the swift it is asking for user and password. What should I do?

I am worried by what I have read on this thread. Ntel says they have covered Alimosho / Ikotun area but I really don't know if they have actually covered those areas. I saw someone here say Ntel has little or no signal in Festac area so I am concerned if that might also be the case in Ikotun despite Ntel saying they have covered Ikotun. Can anyone confirm if Ntel has signal in Ikotun area?

I can't confirm Ikotun. I know Egbeda is covered. Regardless, if you are not sure of the area. Only pay the 1K plan initially
