The reason why slums are considered slums is because the residents build without due consideration for anything beyond their own base needs.

No regard for drainage, traffic or sanitation, then those same people cry about 'government' when things go wrong.

States like Lagos should have facilities like this in Tens, I'm not impressed at all...

Over here in Osun state....our governor purchased something like that and said it's for state survelence .....Every one applauded him....his Apc Hallelujah Brethren sang his praise for weeks....while their PDP counterparts tucked their tail inbetween their legs ....fully dumbfounded

only to the realisation of the masses that the helicopter has been syphoned to the government house.....Meant for him and his house hold.

With how much lagos generates daily, that state should be competing with New York in all areas. But one helicopter by a state so financially rich everyone is screaming as if the helicopter ride is free when they have emergency.

Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, this morning commissioned the first ever medical helicopter emergency service in Nigeria. The commissioning of the helicopter pad took place at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital LASUTH.
