You'll never see this kind of progress coming out of the land of the Igbos - theyre too busy trying to claim Lagos as their own.

that is a good note in the right direction but come to think of it, who will be doing the maintenances, where will the helicopter be landing in case of emergencies and all that.

just hope it will increase from one to 200 and spread to other state or other states will take a bearing from it.

and hope it will not end up like 'nigerian airways' where like three planes could not be accounted for!

Re: Lagos Launches Medical Helicopter Emergency Service In Nigeria (Photos) by DTaj: 7:54pm On Aug 11, 2016
Ambode is showing the whole world that it is not how you start, but how you sustain your steps and end! This was someone so many people described as clueless (like Jonathan) but he is proving his critics wrong everyday!

Ambode is creating ground-breaking initiatives (like his predecessors in Lagos state) while another Yoruba Governor is cutting cow skin/hide (ponmo), shakitibobo, ewedu/vegetables, and eating amala and ewedu on the streets of Ekiti with no single project of note or significance...

Many governors should go for crash programs on purposeful and sustainable governance in Lagos (Ambode), Anambra (Obiano), Kaduna (El-Rufai), Ogun (Amosun), Kebbi (Bagudu), Udom (Akwa Ibom)...

Who should construct drainage, oversee traffic, ensure sanitation if not government?
Did you send your grey matter on holiday or something?

Private developers build homes linked to the main drainage systems all the time and if the people have not received planning permissions for their unstable shacks then why would the government build for them?

I become despondent, whenever I see vast majority of Nigerians especially our youth here that doesn't or can't think or let me say reason. We are too quick to celebrate mediocrity or criticize, After paying your tax and doing the needful the Govt now uses your sweat (Tax) to do something that needs to be done, then people will come out and be praising them for doing what's they vowed and took an oath on resuming the office. Building social infrastructures and other social amenities should be comended not celebrated as if they Used their personal money or family money.Anyway anything worth doing worth doing well. I DO HOPE I HAVE MADE COMMON SENSE. PEACE

attention seeker, you claim to be a blogger yet you know nothing about contemporary issues.

Go back and read about political events, I don't need to tell you the number of times TINUBU HAS TRAVELLED around the south west on helicopter, using the RRS one.

Even dumb people know that private jets can only land in airports.

Two cents.
