Emeka Offor and the likes of Ifeanyi Ubah made tons of money through patronage of the previous government and to keep the money flowing they invested heavily in the last elections hoping to recoup after the elections. Placing money on the reelection of an incumbent president in Africa is like a surebet, they threw in their soul and body into that elections so that they could reap threefold but they lost unfortunately for them.
