She's your mum. If your religion is really important to you, then ask her, POLITELY, before calling her a hypocrite. She might have other reasons that she doesn't want to tell you, as to why you shouldn't go to the mosque, and she's using the shootout as an excuse. If she insists let it be evident how important your religion is to you until she tells you the real reason.

And what is the will of allah Did allah tell you himself or you are depending on the writings of a certain fake prophet? Has it occurred to you that your mum might have discovered islam is false and she doesn't want you to continue wasting your time praying to a pagan shrine.

i am a Muslim, please help me check on this rullings.due to some shoot-out that has died down in our area before Friday.my mum said i should not pray jumat at the central mosque .but she can send me to the area of the mosque to get her something..........and she said i should not pray ishai prayer but she can send me out at night, should i obey her or i should obey the will of allah.

hypocrite! that was harsh word to use on your mother, be patient with her and pray over the situation for only situation you can disobey her is when she ask you to disobey Allah and this is not one of them, pray in your house till she get convinced that the situation is better because if you get her angry you get Allah punishment.

Winner01, how would you describe this kyn behavior? Is this fellow spreading hope or hopelessness? The OP is already a Muslim.
