Barrier method.basically condoms ,diaphragm, iucd.all dou i won't advise iucd becos ur endometrium where it will stay is already under pressure by d fibroid. So it might easily get displaced. Talk to ur doctor sha or midwife but insist on non hormonal method.or u can be local like me download ovulation timer app.monitor ur cycle.use condoms plus uda water on fertile days if u must get down. Then enjoy ursef raw on free days. That's how we do ours.hehehehehe.

Thanks mama. I had a very stressful day on Tuesday and twas coming as frequent as every 20-25 minutes, I timed. But it has since become less frequent like 2ice to thrice a day now.

I thank God for health and preservation, at midnight on Wednesday I went to pee and while about to flush I saw that my urine was red in colour, throughout that night the same. In the morning I sent a text to my doctor who asked me to go to the lab for urine analysis.The test showed blood +++ . My doctor was not in town so another doctor attended to me and sent me for malaria test which came back ++. The matron decided to scan me , she stopped scanning got my file went through it and scanned again.

She then called my doctor and briefed him, she told me I will be admitted immediately that my cervix was opening small and cerclage will be done. Quickly I cooperated after five miscarriages I had told my self I will do cerclage.

1.45pm in the theatre, injected and went off in my subconscious state I was saying Jesus, woke up after with this song You are my father,Almighty father. Still in the hospital, on medication , quinine drip,antibiotics, paracetamol,one pink half tablet and my routine drugs vasoprin,folic acid ,predesoline. My urine is clear. Eating moimoi and watching Olympics.

Hello mamas in the house, I don't know who to direct my question to. What does it mean when you get a faint positive test a day before your period? Tested yesterday morning and got a faint positive, didn't get my period today though. I'm kind of worried.
