The famous Zik flats/estate at the University of Nigeria Nsukka which contains 22 student hostels with restaurants and nursing mothers' hostel has been abandoned in a deplorable condition by the school management.The buildings were built by late. Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe and donated to the University community.Shockingly,the buildings have been neglected by the school.

Exactly.It is not all abt putting a structure in place.Ways of maintaining them should be devised by govt,school authorities and students

Beautiful Ghost Building, Strong Structure, But maintenance in nigeria will remain a big challenge forever, "Till Jesus Christ comes back". I planned to attend a church in that country, but now I changed my mind, I don't want to cut my life short due to poor maintenance culture of nigerians.
