I need advice and suggestions on cost, structural and project feasibility of building a 4 Bedroom and 2 bedroom Bungalow on a 100x100 plot of land in Minna, Niger State. The plot of land is on a very flat land and accessible.

Before you bring yourself out like a white native cock does to the herbalist, why not suspend this public advice seeking and meet a professional builder... Even a well experienced bricklayer will give you a delightful answer.
