This rudderless government should stop treating businessmen like criminals. Importers are not economic terrorists.., they are active citizens trying their best to make ends meet by filling a void created by both ineffective government policies and crass administrative failures on the part of successive governments!

Not what if, that is the true situation -- there is massive decline in importation, save for the increase in exchange rate used by customs and more efficient collection drive, we would hardly have made half of last year's.
