qualified candidates fail. Many

annoy him or her.

Online portal can do this job and the building for something else. Just my thought but it's a good idea.

Yes an Online Portal will be very nice (Manage registrations, data collections, keep track of progress, provide interactive interface for participants, etc). But the building still is a good component.

good development more jobs will be created oo.

We have seen the job centre, where are the actual jobs?
Who builds job centre before creating enabling environment for job creation? Everything is for photoshoot.
He cancelled textbooks in secondary schools and replaced them with 'imaginary tablets' called 'opon imo' that are nonexistent in any school today.
He wasted billions on opon imo which could have been invested into rice farming or other crop production.
Osun is the poorest state academically going by the recent waec exam results.
