I grew up to love and cherish my body so much. I have known myself to have big thighs, and truly they are good looking! At a time i stopped wearing bikini because of the unnecessary attention that comes my way.

Few weeks ago i started having difficulty wearing my trousers, though i added about 3kg, my hip and thighs became massive. Since then i have become too uncomfortable and irritated. I have tried several exercises but non seems to be working.

Please I need advise, tips, anything that will reduces these thundrous thighs.

Don't eat starch and carbohydrates for the next one week. Eat only fibres and proteins. No rice, yam, spag, noodles, cake, soft drinks....... And u don't need no exercise during this period.

The human body is like a car. Carbohydrates are fuel. Taking it daily means u are over fuelling thus storing in excess reserve(fat).

It's won't be easy cos carbohydrates are additive, but try one for one week. Then u can introduce very little fuel u need daily while watching that weight.

But i love ladies with big thighs and hips. U have got fat deposits in the right places. Except you have mother christmas arms, love handles as well as a drum belly alongside.

exercise takes time, it doesn't work like magic, then u have to increase the Time u spend on it, don't expect change in just one week, that's miracle, stop starchy food work out vigorously for one month. Jog like 1h or 2hrs a day

I understand but i ve got no such time, except sat and sun, i ve barely 2 hours a day. Is there no pill or food that can do the work?

this person nailed it, watch what u eat, and I don't think it's a biggy if ur hips are increasing as well.

it's going to take a while, but you can make it like 3hrs, then control your diet, take Lipton too with no milk or sugar

Then do brisk walking, where you lengthen your strides, even as you break into sweats.But, save this for the moments when you're not going out.
Walking does a lot for having slimmer legs, or thinner legs, if you like, including your calves.And, the heart muscles are strengthened, the arteries cleared of clogs of bad fat or cholesterol.
