No, it is not the fault of the previous administration but the incompetence of Buhari. All previous administrations have been corrupt including that of GEJ. Corruption did not start with GEJ. Yet, Nigeria never had it so bad as now. Things are not supposed to get worse under Buhari if he was competent, instead, things will stay as they are as when he came in and get better from there. Even in 3 years time when elections come, you people will still be blaming GEJ
