Between oil prices crashing and renewed militancy he's trying. He hasn't been perfect but our countrymen haven't helped the cause. He's delivered for the most part. The country's finances are in the dumps but that's being rectified and corruption is being fought to a minimum. I just want some funds released so that capital projects can get rolling and money can get circulating. Buhari is at a C rating. He has some serious room for improvement but I don't doubt his effort and good intentions.
