There has to be a representative population who have tried this and it worked and they have proof that anyone who tries it will benefit from it. There has to be empirical evidence. In the course of making this video they could have easily put before and after photos of the patients, verifiable doctors reports from before and after the treatment etc. simple things like that to begin with.
