2 likeable reasons she was bounced back are

Like you said, they are trying to prevent runs girls from ruining the place. They don't want such place to become a pick up zone. It's unfortunate some decent ladies will be affected

company/business policy. we don't know what may have forced them to introduce and implement that policy. we should not be self centered and think only about ourselves.
