I do not create this thread to cause tribal E-War. It's simply a wish - my personal wish - for Lagos State!

The motive behind it is; creating a Lagos with no or less traffic hiccups with good standard Roads Network!

As Long as there are black people in Lagos it will never look like that.
The problem of development is not infrastructure it's mentality.
Most of what you see there will be stolen or destroyed by the same citizens it is meant for.

so OP mean to wish that everywhere in Lagos will be covered with roads? Where we go come stay?
