What's the essence of having a Nigeria paypal account if it cannot receive fund?

Good day sir, please am newbies as far as online money is concern, my question is how can one know whether the paypal is Nigeria or another country and also if it's Nigeria paypal, how can one make it to send money into Nigeria bank account. Thanks

Drop any issue/query you are experiencing with your PayPal account(must be the one opened and registered
in your legal name) be it that of Nigeria and other countries like USA,UAE etc in here.

You can surely do but you won't be able to make payment on some websites! !!

The thing is that I want to use my Payoneer card to verify the PayPal, but the card is billed to arrive not less than a month's time. I'm just thinking maybe I can use my PayPal to receive payment and then renew my web hosting pending the arrival of the card.

Most of those sites will still ask you to add card before the payment will go through even if you have money in your PayPal account's balance.

You don't need to wait for the payoneer to arrive before you can add and confirm card to your PayPal account in order to make it verified. Contact me for my card service for the verification.

You can actually add and confirm your Payoneer card to your foreign Paypal acount if you have one or you can open one.

You can then pay with the card via the PayPal account.
