Nigerians reacting to the demise of Mayowa on Twitter, said the duo of Linda Ikeji and Toyin Aimakhu delayed Mayowa’s overseas trip for surgery.

Toyin had alleged that the fund raising appeal by the family for Mayowa's treatment abroad was a scam.
She said there were reports stating that doctors had already written off Mayowa’s case as a dead end.

Linda Ikeji was accused for her alleged role in assisting Toyin Aimakhu to amplify the allegation on her platform.

No matter how u look at the situation, both toyin nd Linda Ikeji did great damage to mayowa's survival battles.
U could imagine how many days the account was freezed by the police.
In situations such as the one mayowa found herself, every seconds, minute, hour or day counts nd matter alot.
All this because linda wanted a breaking news.

Linda didn't do anything undecided

Mayowa was doomed from the start, she couldn't have survived the treatment for stage IV breast cancer, the survival rate for stage IV is less than 5%. Those people are just looking for who to blame undecided

typical of nigerians: always looking for someone to blame.
I dont support lib's involvement but the family was slightly not transparent.The poor girl would have died anyway,the only thing i fault them for is not making her last days peaceful.There's never one side to a story.

If the cancer is at advance stage, the ratio of survival is very slim, except the family just want to shift blames..

The lost days isn't enough to do anything significant on her medically, except a divine miracle..

Save for that, Toyin, and Linda aren't to blame.

yes I did read the post and Linda still has nothing to do with Mayowa's death. Even though mayowa started the treatment way earlier, she would have still ended up dead because her situation was beyond repair. undecided

I support ur view,we all blame Toyin on Mayowa's predicament, but we forgot to realise dat without her intervention in d 1st instance we hardly know anything about d girl's health status,d family did a lot of damage by sidelining Toyin about d full story,and also about limited chance she had to survive, Toyin only want to protect her image as a celebrity,she did d needful with a Gud heart,as 4 Linda,God Hav mercy on d height pple go to,just to make money lipsrsealed

Whether it was Linda or Toyin's fault or not, Mayowa is dead. Casting aspersions isn't going to bring her back. Nigerians and the need to trade blames is the reason we're still backward, nobody ever progresses while looking back undecided

her case was beyond medical intervention,false allegation or not she wouldn't have survived unless a miracle happened.
What toyin did was understandable,the way the family went about made it look fishy.Mind you this is Nigeria and yes people have made up cancer stories to scam others!
