Few months ago I was having pains in my bombom anytime am pooing,so I went to a nearby phamarcy and complained they said it is pile and it needed surgical operation.Please is there any other way to get rid of it?Am afraid of operation.
Please mods help me so this post would get to where I'll be given credible answers.

I hate this thing die, make una take some ice block and
apply it directly over the effective area. Doing
this several times, a day will help to constrict
the blood vessels and reduce it effectively cos it works for me.

I normally use what yoruba called "Ori" I don forget the English name sha, Applying Olive oil too works and use a paracetamol join.
