My very good friend that will passing out 4rm nysc soon wants 2 start popcorn biz. The problem here is his a novice in the biz. He came to me 4 advice, I told him am also a. novice in the biz but I will seek advice. So ladies and gentle men ur advices are needed.

So many things to watch out for :
Who ar his target customers? Location of his kiosk? Will he like to complement his popcorn with drinks? Who a his major competitors in that location? What are his strategies to outsmart his competitors? How readily available is his raw materials for his pop corn? What branding techniques will h implore...the list is endless
He should not be in in hurry...he should do his SWOT analysis very well and make more research on his business...wishing him all the best
