Guess I came in late but for the record, the interview involves written test(maths, english and subject area) and a second stage which is micro teaching..but the second stage is if you perform well in the first stage. I dont know how much their pay is.

I hold a B.A in English and teach in a private sec sch in Ota but plannin on relocating cos of d standard of living and d economic situation now.Im married wit a daughter and hubby's work is not smooth for now which make us to depend on my salary(20k),its really tiring,pls help!

Micro teaching(want to check for proficiency in knowledge of subject matter i.e ur area of specialization and class control-how best you can control the students)then negotiation-this will happen if they are satisfied wit ur performance in d former.

In addition to what the lady above said, go with teaching aids. Introduce yourself to the students and ask for their names as well. And never forget to revise the previous knowledge with the students. Carry them along, touch them, joke with them too and let them ask you questions . After your sermon, evaluate the students based on the lesson that is being taught. Additionally, give assignment after everything, maximise the time that would be allocated to you. Then, your offer would be given to you at the speed of light.
