Get a certificate in Education.....either a pgde in any university or NTI programme. One thing people don't know is that employers prefer graduates with education certs to those without edu cert.....hence,the former are called teachers while the latter cheaters.

Thanks bro. I have moved on tho, I just tot about the stress, the money spent for the movement (twice) and I felt it was unfair! It speaks volume of how that working environment will be. Treating your prospective employees like nonentities. It's good riddance tho!

Hi room, I got an invite for an Aptitude test in a school stated for next week, I don't have an idea of what a School aptitude test looks like unlike companies...... Can someone tell me what to expect from the test and if possibly they may interview us?

learn how to make lesson note, make sure to study your applied subject very well as you may have to write test, and probably 10-15min micro teaching.
