If you are buhari's family member, or Aisha's gigolo, you can put a call to Emefiele the dolt in CBN. He will sell to you @ N195 sef. You can then bring it to us in the blackmarket and sell at N430.

CBN HQ is located at Central Business District of FCT Abuja opposite Women Center..
It's a very popular location and doesn't need much direction once you are in Abuja..

Just ask once and you are there..

Guy! it's not possible. Official CBN rate now is over 350/$ and only banks, manufacturers and oil importers gets at dat rate. At d parallel market it's over 390 to 420/$. Buh I can help u get at 385/$. PM let's talk if u are really serious abt it. U'll still make money from it, buh not like u stated above.
