I believe in the spiritual but it's not everything we do not understand that we regard as being spiritual. That is called illiteracy or stark ignorance.

Even God frowns at illiteracy and ignorance. the book of hosea 4:6 says My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

and proverb 4:7 says Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Contrary to what some people think or believe that science can make you reject God or say there is no God, as a Christian/religious person it will only make you appreciate and fear God more.

I remember when I was still interested in reading articles/publications on Astronomy and deep space exploration, if you have an idea of how large and vast the universe is, you will fear God and tremble.

The universe is so large that it has no end. Observations from hubbles telescope and cosmic background radiations shows the universe is constantly expanding thus it's size is infinite, unfathomable inshort unimaginable!

Now back to the issue we are discussing, to further buttress my point and show you lust/fantasizing is not spiritual but a bodily function, there are drugs that have been produced to take care of it. One of such drugs is medroxyprogesterone acetate This particular one is mostly used for males.

Here is an extract from wiki on the drug used on male prison inmates convicted for rape cases

In 1981, 48 males with long standing histories of sexually deviant behaviour were given medroxyprogesterone acetate for as long as 12 months.
Forty of those subjects were recorded as to have diminished desires for sexual behaviour, less frequent sexual fantasies, and greater control over sexual urges

I never said you are illiterate. I only gave two major reasons why people attribute things that are completely natural to be spiritual/supernatural.

In your own case, i will say it's due to stark ignorance in that area. I know if you are a medical student/Doctor or at least have some rudimentary knowledge in Biology you wouldn't call lust/fantasizing a spiritual attack.

Please note, I'm not saying Lust/fantasizing is a good or normal thing. Apart from the fact that it's a sin, even in the medical field it's a problem that calls for attention because it can easily lead to addiction/obsession with pornography and can result into other unhealthy practices.

Speak to your subconsciousness. Tell yourself what you want to see, not what you don't want. And, stop, obscenities (talking sex) and sexual thoughts. Flush them out of your mind. Before I was free from lust, I consciously say, 'Enough get out'.

I started by avoiding friends who are given to obscenities. Always describing sex acts. Your mind records these stuff and will play them when your physical body is immobile.

You said Jesus knew women don't have problems with lust. I proved to you that they do. Women lust after women and also lust after men. Take it or leave it. No i disnt, the issue here is that you said Jesus knew women have no problem with Lust, that was why He was addressing men not to Lust after women. Do you mean he didnt know that women also struggle to fight against lust problems? you also said women have no "Lust" ( no lust/urge/libido.) This is not true.
