If you like study computer science at Harvard, Medicine at ABU, Law at Cambridge with a masters for pharmacy at Makerere univerity if you don't have the right connection, a certain amount of real life experiences and a little luck then you are wasting your time

Medicine is not as hot as before. Too many doctors with limited jobs for them.

I believe people should go for what they have passion for.
For instance, if someone who has passion for marketing goes for it, I can bet that with his passion for the job, he will be able to successfully sell ice to an Eskimo!
But if he goes for say engineering because it is the popular course, you will have an engineer who is dissatisfied with his job and believe me, technological innovation is the last thing on such a person's mind.

I still dont understand how a Computer (Science or Engineering) would also be complaining of unemployment.

Computer biz is the best "white-collar" entrepreneurship job one can start from scratch on his own.

Even if you are looking to be employed, your first degree wont help you, People from other field are taking professional courses and taking over your jobs,
