This looks good.
It's better to be distinct for clearer identity. Not the usual coat of arms adopted by most states.

Okowa is a disgrace to Delta State! But I can't blame him, rather blame all the Governors that have ruled the State since it's creation in 1991!

Deltans should compare their Capital, Asaba, to other States' Capitals created in the same Year!

The bitter Truth is; Osogbo is more developed in terms of infrastructures than Asaba, despite the 13% the State is collecting!

The Roads, Drainages are poorly built, even the Highway that links Asaba to Onitsha is a monumental Shame to the People of Delta State!
