Please kindly help out.

My tinylight Camry exhaust emit whitish smoke even when on idle mode and sometimes sluggish when I want to accelerate.Engine seems fine to me. All car fluids were checked ok.

What could be the cause?

Does vehicle short engine oil? Does oil colour become black quicly after an oil change?

No. engine oil is fairly OK. colour is bit yellowish and at full gauge.

Actually,i just bought the car as registered and it has been fine.it started few days back.

Go for Engine compression test.This will test the integrity of your engine system for leaks ,worn piston rings,worn valves, head gasket issue.

I didnot change it. I just acquire it and has not changed it because it looks good. besides, the smoke stuff just started,was not like this.

Bring it to my workshop (autologic ) @ Charlie boy bustop ,along oshodi Gbagada workshop .We have the equipment to perform compression test with host of other diagnostics equipment to accurately determine the status of the engine.

looks like one of the reasons the former owner sold it.

Engine is burning oil, it could be faulty pisto rings, valve stem seals, PCV valve or a bad head gasket.

if it is a white smoke, I am sure that thing is actually STEAM, water is getting into the combustion chamber, it is the head gasket's job to stop that, so, you must do a leak down test to know for sure, I am sure Gazzuz does it so take it to him

Well, I don't think so. I ran some check on the engine before buying. it just started after I enter a large pool of muddy water few days back.
