Their input into learning compared to now is higher, for a person that got 4.55 then will definitely be getting close to 4.95 or higher now .

My brother, the standard of education has fallen. Some of those old time graduates gained admission with JAMB score of over 240 marks unlike today where we have cut off mark of 180.

Raw scores is the real score that someone got. Now when someone scores 90/100, he might be given 60, 65, 70 or so. I don't know how jamb derive the score given from the raw score but I'm certain Jamb don't give raw scores

shuo! Monitoring spirit I hail o. Well, we actually faced layeni. We took one of his courses in part 2 or so. And yes, Shakur is all that and more. I have always thought he was the best graduating student of our set, I didn't know it was Calvin. They are both my friends and great in their own right.

Both emerged best graduating students, same department, same faculty for the session. Shakur real name is BOJESOMO ALABI SHAKIRUDEEN, the one listed before calvin. Calvin came behind in the last semester to emerge with shakur.

My point is that, they are your mates and you failed to know that they graduated with the same GP to emerge overall best for your session. Shakur and Calvin academic rivalry at the end of their studies in IFE was a much hype among students then. This came to me as a surprise that as a supposed mates of this giants (cos i believe you were of the same faculty of tech and also the same set), u didn't know two of them from your faculty led the whole school.I can only infer two things from this,It's either you intend to deliberately accord Calvin that glory of been the only overall best or that you are telling lie of knowing them deeply. Either head or toe, u were caught in the act. I'm sure you don't know 'how great' is the IFE in me, i believe you won't talk that way. For your Information, check the first topic i created on nairaland, it was about oau Engineering where i discussed about Shakur's exploit then when he was in part 4. cheers!
