The year has four months left and we are still talking about 2016 Budget Appropriation instead of measuring Budget Performance. This is crazy
Reno brought up the discussion and should be taken on. The budget is already being executed. We have long crossed the bridge of discussing appropriation but it would be a huge mistake letting such divisive antics like those being promoted by Reno and his band of spiteful cheerleaders go unanswered.

The damages these things can cause is unimaginable.

Who even made that man a "pastor"?? What manner of "pastor" derives pleasure in sowing the seed of hatred in the hearts of a people??

Stop justifying the obvious lopsidedness in the polity by asking diversionary question and choosing to hype on false population figure.

Did you bother to ask why Kano State alone should get N32b while the entire SE zone a paltry N28b.
I pretty much doubt you know the meaning of PER CAPITA.

It would be utterly counterproductive arguing with someone like you.

Bye.

Whenever you lots want to deceive yourselves you go borrow good words and terms (you abhor in all ramifications) and throw them on the masses to divert attention from the very obvious and think you're wise. But you aren't.

Nope, it will amount to a waste... it's immaterial, moreover Wendell will find something else to muddy the water soon after.

The most important factor in all this is that, Reno's core supporters' club do not care about the truth as it is, all they are interested in is their own distortions & misrepresentation of facts to suit their agenda/narrative. & something to mourn/ wail over as well...

The be all and end all is that the president's media people are laggards!! Progressive01 just called it!!

Welldone DaudaAbu.
Thanks modath. I always look forward to your comments.

Personally i dont like politicians but i dont hate em either cos i have great respect for people like Tinubu, Fashola & currently Ambode (despite all their short-comings) and what they have done and are doing in lagos. It shows how if leaders have the will and are visionary they can turn things around for good. i wish they can borrow us one of them in my state.

when someone is passing me an information, i prefer to have all the facts so i can make an informed decision on my own and not flow with the flock

I am not concerned about Reno, and I'm glad that the truth has surfaced.

Most times Nigerians love discussing frivolities, and our media blow irrelevances beyond proportion.

In sane societies, the media will do their findings to get the fact before publication or broadcast. In Nigeria, the media swallow everything as long as brown envelope changes hands.

My concern is however the rate of 2016 Budget Implementation that no one is talking about.

I can appropriate 100 billion to you on paper but it becomes useless when it doesn't translate to reality.

If you remove the FCT's budget of N209billion

From North centrals total of N271billion you get N271 - N209 = N62billion+ for the six states of the North Central.

Also we keep forgetting that North-west has 7 states while south east has 5

Moreso, most of the projects are inherited. THEY DID NOT INITIATE MOST OF THE PROJECTS , THEY ONLY WISH TO COMPLETE THEM COS ITS CHEAPER THAT WAY

From the table posted, Katsina has N9.52b while Enugu is N10.15b.

That's still no reason for any hypocrite to justify or sanction the abysmally low amount of developmental projects earmarked for the entire SE.
You should bury your head in shame. Imagine the amount that was allocated to oil producing states compared to state like Kano and Nasarawa. You picked just one out of the whole bunch to suit you. Na God go judge una

What do you have to say about Enugu state getting more than Katsina state

How about we now go further to break this thing down according to population and check, say, per capita expenditure in each of the zones?? That is how you can tell if there's been foul play or not.

The reason why folks like Reno seem to remain relevant is because we have an almost endless supply of intellectually lazy folks crawling everywhere in the country, especially those whose minds have been ravaged by hatred.

This is what we keep saying about the presidential media team Modath. Those guys are too damn lazy!! This is an opportunity to bury "Wendel Simlin" forever but they'd never see it!! Get the population of the states and give us a breakdown of the figures per capita. I'm too damn sure when this is done, it would be revealed Buhari has done nothing but marginalised the North!
Brother, you have mentioned the marginalisation of the north even though states such as Akwa Ibom State (N1.92 billion) and Bayelsa State (N3.21 billion) contribute largely to the income used to finance the Nigerian budget but are not provided with the adequate government infrastructural development and you wonder why there is militancy. Let us be fair to ourselves. it is bad enough that some states can not sustain themselves without resource sharing formula. You need to know that in most developed countries, states such as Dubai control its resources without little interference from Abu Dhabi.

God bless Nigeria

Endless lies when the figure is out there?

Can you please from that list extract one oil producing state with allocation half of that of Kano State?

The problem I have with people like you has nothing to do with the fact that you already exist but that you are going to procreate and punish the world with your seeds.

Since we are talking about truth as opposed to falsehood here...

1)Kindly tell me why the allocation to a state(Kano) should outweigh with great margin that which accrued to entire region(Southeast)huh What distribution indices justifies such? Is it population or landmass or bigotry or what?

2)Why did FG accept Southeast proposal of PPP for same project which they claimed the meagre 28billion allocated them also covered if they are sincere? And Coincidentally FG is contributing NOTHING in this PPP except APPROVAL ...China builds all and taxes the people for the entire project...Which other region has such arrangementhuh

Hypocrisy kills a nation...

Unfortunately the Ugandans don't care to subscribe to reason. Looking at the figures for the first time I know it was never going to be possible the scale of lopsidedness as painted by Channels/Omokri.
Fortunately PMB and his administration don't care to play to the ego of Ugandans whose votes he's never gonna get, and he'd still win in 2019!
