Only one thing this administration know how to do is to blame the past government for their inability and failure the second one is to label the past administration as a fraud when we all know that most of the present administrations officers are from the same corrupted past administration. 1. Lagos-Ibadan expressway journalism.

These would be their defence over the damning report, which isn't the first and neither would it be the last, of the last administration. There was so much money Jonathan was simply living the life only the Sheikhs in UAE can dream of. This and many more were how the monies were blown, reason why we couldn't shore up our forex reserves in an era when the country witnessed such unprecedented inflow of revenue.

So damn unfortunate having that man not fit to be a Local Government Chairman, become the president of an intricate establishment such as Nigeria. Pity.

You are suggesting the Haliburton case that was "successfully" concluded and fines paid be reopened? Though it's pathetic that Nigeria got cheated either ways: first by the companies and again by the court that awarded the fines. Imagine USA making $Billions on our head, and we are not even supposed to ask how "our" $200m was spent

So in your mind it would be easier to reinvestigate the case than investigate what happened to the fines that was paid?

It is either you are grossly biased or you are pretending to be ignorant. USA comprehensively investigated the Halliburton scandal and some prominent Nigerians who are presently in APC were indicted. Fines were also imposed on the companies involved and some foreign officials were jailed. Nigeria was expected to follow up and prosecute the prominent Nigerians involved and also make the foreign companies involved paid penalty. Sadly these prominent Nigerians are still walking freely and PMB is afraid to prosecute them. We are even fortunate that USA agreed to pay us $200M out of the fines. We are indeed fantastically corrupt. My problem is the Nigerian youths and some Zombies who are so blinded by ethnicity and party to see how the so call 'Saints' are looting this country and pretending to fight corruption..

The investigation is still on going and I am suprised that EFCC is already leaking it to the press in the haste for public judgment, no wonder their success rate in prosecuting the looters is low.
In my opinion, its too early for this sensational story.

1) When was Halliburton scandal date? Was it during Jonathan administration?

2)Was the money ever recovered that Jonathan administration woukd have wasted it again as you and this useless news outlet suggested?

3)Was Jonathan among the former heads of state mentioned in the scandal including Aisha Buhari?

4) Isn't this a futile attempt at diverting attention from Aisha to Jonathan?

5)How come and Which fund is USA government asking them to prosecute culprits as condition for them to repatriate the fund to Nigeria? Is it the money which thjs paper is saying has been wasted on helicopter?

1)Why jump issues? We have Halliburton fund sitting in US with only condition being prosecution of offenders and the fund would be repatriated...So since you all are anti-corruption, why not get buhari to face the case and get such huge money back to Treasury?

2)Why concentrate on fines and insult Jonathan for taking a executive decision... Whatever decision taken by a president in war time to protect the country cannot be questioned and won in any court...? Why the wild goose chase of deceit?

3)How come FG is advocating for secret trial for a corruption case when they are sure of corrupt activities? Buhari and co have NO CASE hence they wanna hide in cover of dark, intimidate enemies and take their pound of flesh from them for issues far from corruption...

4)How come all his associates and cabinets have outstanding corruption cases which is being swept underground and these useless media outfits won't see them to report?

5)In which sector has corruption reduced drastically since buhari took over as Jonathan did without much noise in agriculture and civil service ? Which sector has buhari reduced corruption?

6)No outstanding expenses under Jonathan...they are all covered either in main or supplementary budget...I challenge you to prove otherwise...
