Brief History of PEC where HELPERSGIVERS emanated from:

Pro Elite Community Group is a Community Stokvel originated / founded by four late members in 1973, who were colleagues in Netherlands, where they were working at the time. They formed a Stokvel in order to help themselves and their families financially, then grew into a bigger group when the concept was introduced into their church years later where its growth was amazing. PEC Stokvel is not owned or operated by anyone but it's members, meaning once you become a member of the group you automatically qualify to suggest, boost the Stokvel to grow, or drive the success of the Stokvel.

When PEC started, it was a Stokvel amongst four working colleagues but now has members all over the Globe. Its first support office was launched in Netherlands in 2006, when PEC's initiative of"Feed at Least One Family and Educate at Least One Child" was initiated, which is intended to help members take care of their families and also reach out to help other people which might be the family next door.

PEC Group operates similar to a traditional Stokvel but is systematized in order to improve its administration and financial management
