A young boy who was caught after he snatched a mobile phone from a man heading to work in Owerri this morning -got more than what he bargained for. The thief was nabbed by environmental officers beside Sterling Bank in Owerri, Imo state as they ensured he was severely punished for his crime -in front of the baying crowd...
