This has got nothing to do with Buhari.

I used to work in Aero Contractors, when i was in Aero they were not doing commercial flights ,it was strictly chartered flights, the likes of Mobil,Chevron ,Shell were their clients.

Aero was grossly mismanaged by the management.

Ask the financial controllers they have been employing and maybe the Ibrus can also answer but this has got nada to do with APC or Buhari

I cannot say more than this but i know ACN as we fondly called it was ruined by management.

Ask them what happened to Schreiner airways,CHC helicopters

Not saying much

More is still coming. Very soon all the aviation companies will shut down operation. People will resort to travelling by road; then armed robbers will be having a swell time robbing commuters and will you blame them? No, there's hunger. My Dad of blessed memory told me how ordinary bread of 10k skyrocked to 70k during Buhari era in 1984. I warned them the refused to listen. This is just the beginning. I have acquired 10 plots of land solely for cassava production.Sixteen years of PDP we have never had it so bad like this. Families are struggling to feed, people are sacked everyday. Go to bet9ja shops, is like market these days. Is as a result of failed government. Change my foot
My dear u spoke well, I could remember having a serious problem with one of my mumu classmate because of buhari. D guy was saying dat Gej did dis and dat, Buhari is a saint a messiah dat will redeem them I asked d guy if he have asked his parents abt buhari's past gov. He said dat they told him dat d man is perfect. D guy even went as far as insulting me because of buhari I then kept quite. Buhari is now dealing with them severally he went extinct on our whatsapp room because shame couldn't allow him to talk any longer. Today they were complaining bitterly how bad things has gone. I just apologized to him for having issues with him at first place I told him to forgive me because d change is really sweet for my side. Small foreign currency u have is a big money in naija. Although I pity d innocent ones

Aero Contractors has been in debt for almost 10 years, and AMCON has been the majority shareholder since a 20 billion naira bailout was issued to the company in 2010, you don't run an airline industry with a corrupt mindset and dont expect repercussions. No serious government would keep bailing out a non profitable venture. So sad for those who would lose their jobs. but the Company can still bounce back even in a few weeks time.

Others aviation companies have also relocated due to buhari's unfriendly policy.

He is right, Aero used to run only chartered services for major oil companies until 2000 when they ventured fully to commercial flights with bigger aircraft. AC has been existing since 1959

AMCON has been running Aero for 6 years ..the question is why couldn't AMCON get the company back on its feet all these while...since 2010 the Ibrus haven't had much say In that place

At this point we should put aside our differences. because of this 1450 staffs sacked were Igbo , Hausa , Yoruba, Ibibio, evil, ijaw, itshekiri etc.
Let's join hands together and fight for our fatherland.
To come home now scares a lot of Nigerians.

to corroborate Dabi's claim,

the company was grossly mismanaged by the Ibrus.

the exposure in Ecobank nearly made the bank to fold up in 2013 save for the intervention of AMCON.

As I speak, no Bank wants to consider Aero for risk asset as their outstanding obligations are already distressed despite multiple restructuring and provisions.

this has nothing to do with the government.

the small children on nairaland should find their facts please.

How can your arguement stand? Were they operating in a vacuum? If they've been under amcon how are they then to blame?
Is it your claim that the recession we're in isn't supposed to affect their operations?
