Another horrendous post by someone with no knowledge of people's minds.

We live in less than 30% of the third smallest planet in the solar system. There are billions of solar systems in the Milky Way galaxy, billions of galaxies in the Universe. There is absolutely nothing that any single person can do that would have an impact on up to 0.1% of the universe. We have life spans that sum up to less than a blink of an eye in the grand scheme of things.

But it is all we have. All our friends and family, our memories, likes and dislikes and legacies exist in this tiny area that we have. That is why I feel that we should all live life to the fullest rather than wait to die. We should leave out footprints on the sand of time because you are only truly dead when nobody remembers you. This view helps me to appreciate the little opportunity I have to positively impact others to the best of my ability.

The OP here is playing on the arrogance assumption of man that he is the centre of the universe when in actuality, he is outnumbered and has existed for a shorter time than ants (who will probably outlast us).

The bottom line is that we are made up of the same stuff that stars are made up of. We are already part of a larger machine that will last for billions of years.

"A person without belief in god" - so babies are atheists undecided
The point of this question isn't clear to me. I am no expert on the belief system of babies, but yes, if you think babies don't have belief in god, then they are atheists by definition.

Now do you see why that definition does not make sense ?
No, I don't

Bros, you're very confused, let me guess, a critical thinker should think everything on his/her own? Everything he says must be something he thought on his own and his own only?

Okay bro
Bro, what's up?

@rancho... Just told me that you have neen looking for me all the while on NL. Just to know how true. Is there any problem?

Feel free to communicate any to me.

I told you guys that these atheists just regurgitate what they see on their websites . And these are two different websites undecided undecided

And PastorAIO and sonOfLuc1fer say I'm the idiotic one ? grin . hehehe
hahahaha as long as its coming from hopefullandlord i am not surprised! He regurgitates whatever tickles his fancy without first digesting it so as to make some meaning from it and then repackaging it in his own understandable manner.

No wonder he ran from debating promise10...He had nothing to offer...Just copy and paste!

"Regurgitation" is saying something you don't understand

Check the so-called "regurgitation" and see for yourself if its regurgitation;

even the guy I was discussing with had no issue with that as it goes with the discussion but I guess regurgitation varies in definition from a theist to an atheist

Nah, I won't stoop low enough to banter nonsensical words with you; have a nice day

How can you stoop any lower when you have already hit an all time low? Even inanimate computers attempt to reason their way around a puzzle before passing out an information but your own is garbage in garbage out.

You know i am your uncle so you can never banter words with me. grin grin

No no no . Babies are not atheists by definition , its a wrong definition - that's what I tried saying .

Atheists say "there is no god" and babies do not agree/disagree to that . Atheism is simply the belief there are no deities .

Dude, Google the definition of "atheism" and stop making silly arguments...shuo! The belief that there are no deities is a special case of atheism. The broader definition of atheism is the lack of belief in the existence of deities.

When I say god doesn't exist. I mean ALL the gods. Including yours smiley

You say YOUR god is real but ALL other religions disagree. You first have to argue with your fellow theists that subscribe to the other 4200 gods and who also agree that YOUR god is fake. My stance is that they are ALL fake

You believe in only ONE god. I believe in none. Nothing you can write will prove YOUR god's existence because many people will disagree.

This your post is full of wishful thinking. So, even if god is not real, you need the psychological cushion that the "belief" brings.

Still doesn't make it real
I am just tired of seeing nonsense posts like this!

What's all these? How can you rely on the disagreement of many people as the basis of the truth?

Bro, if you want to see yourself totally flaw in this shit you posted, just open a thread let's discuss over this issue, cos it is now getting too much. When you talk about things like this, you have to really understand what you are talking about!

Please try and create a thread on this, maybe strictly between both of us so we can know how much we can learn about this topic of multiple gods.

Thank you Bro. cool back to haunt the MESSengers of Christ with my rod of correction. African man must receive sense. grin
Yet, every single time I attend crusades and church services, it seems like the effort of you atheists to make people receive sense is not working. What do you think? Or should you open an atheistic church as other frustrated atheists are doing in many countries. Hope it helps.

Note: but the last time I checked, that last suggestion is not even working too!

Naah.

You and your people call it different things.

HcPaul calls it sanity, AgentofAllah calls it an admission of apathy towards God, others call it science, reasoning, logic, rationality, rejection of dogma etc

Just to delude yourselves. undecided
100% CORRECT!

Especially that HcPaul, that guy can vex me while screaming "kudos to sanity!!!".

The Source of all.

Accept the reality of the origin God before discussing on which and which.

lol. Still a student bro. How many times am I going to tell you guys na?
100 TRILLION LIKE!!!!!

This is EXACTLY what I cry about each time I am called to argue with many unintelligent atheists.

In this argument, there are two sides to look into. You can't just disagree about the RATIONALITY of God's existence only to jump into arguing about the real one among many acclaimed gods. THAT'S FOOLISHNESS!

I am yet to see one who can open a thread over this issue. It is SOOO disgusting!

“There is an old Indian folk tale about a young man who set off to explore a nearby river on a raft. All was going well as he paddled along until he suddenly heard the distant roar of water. Squinting into the distance, he noticed that the river had a rather disturbing, absence-of-horizon look to it: there was a huge waterfall ahead! Frantically he began trying to paddle to one bank of the river, then the other, but each time the current was too strong. He cried for help, but there was nobody to hear him. Finally, he tried paddling upstream and discovered that he could just about hold the raft still, but couldn’t make any progress away from the waterfall. So what should he do? How long until his strength gave out and drifted to his doom? After contemplating this for a few minutes, he came to a decision. He threw his paddle into the river and lay back on the raft, his hands behind his head and a peaceful smile on his face; after all, he had decided, I might as well enjoy my final ride.”
The bolded part of the story makes no sense. The river current wouldn't stop you from paddling towards the river bank. This is basic physics.

Possibly could. Although this post suggests life is pointless if there is no God, but why can't the purpose of your life he just to live your life and make the best of it lol.
