manufacturing date has been written in your tyre just 4 digits e.g 3412 this means that your tyre was manufactured on 34th week of year 2012 then count 4 years ( as recommended by FRSC ) which means your tyre expires on 33rd week of 2017

If he were doing 100km/hr the car wouldn't have to swerve dangerously and he wouldn't end up in the bush.
