These banks are simply rougues period. From what i saw the rates used for clearing payments for mastercard was even lower than #350, yet stanbic does #380 and they feel like saints. The premium these banks rake in is obviously way more than 2%

NB: You should be careful of the rate you buy $ online, quite some few banks sell below N370. Open your eyes.

You are right GTB clearing payments for mastercard is 320

I can't checkout on PP too... Probably Paypal is forcing "almost official exchange rate" to Nigerian banks... and Nigerian banks has denied payment from our cards (Criminal banks)
