guy I don't know how you passed english for school. Mere looking at the guy will tell you he's murdered. That rope is too loose to hang someone and his legs were on the ground and that's what the preliminary investigation is about. By saying they don't know his name goes on to tell you that it's not like they have any interest on his death but only to figure out the truth
