Nice, but i just want to believe your arrangement are done in no particular order, because I can see you place some mediocre city above Asokoro which supposed to be among the first five.

Well, I can't speak for the places outside Abuja but a list that has Asokoro at number 10, Jabi at Number 9 and Maitama in first place is without a doubt not credible.

Maitama and Asokoro, in whatever order you place them shouldn't be far off each other, and if you consider all parts of Jabi, I doubt it should be on this list.

I'm not going to debate which areas should or shouldn't be on the list.

I know majority of the big people can be found at Abuja with solid houses. I learnt Buhari is undertaking a low-cost housing project so that we too can own houses at Abuja.

Many here would wish, hope and dream of one day living in these places, not me though.
I ran away from Lagos while every other person is running to it. Weird people act truly weird.

Correct babe . Having lived in enugu, I think I know where ur referring to : independence layout or GRA are maybe the most posh hood around there . However in all fairness, I doubt it would make this list as i can't point which hood listed above it would displace.
Someone below mentioned World Bank in Owerri, truth is I have also lived in owerri but I don't rate World Bank even as high as independence layout
