The sad ones saying "brown roofs shouldn't be there" that Enugu has far better place or Abuja does, why do you think so? LThe OP gave the price range or houses in the areas. The list is complied based on price of construction, purchasing price of land in the area AND not how beautiful or big the houses are. Get rid of hate for southwest! Really getting tired of this tribal booshit 14 Likes |

Typical yorubba OP who has never been to Enugu Independence Layout, GRA, Onitsha GRA, Abiriba, in fact most villages in Anambra are wealthy neighborhoods. He placed Jabi above top Abuja districts, tells me he is a yorubba, and has never lived in Abuja...writing this from his Ibadan hut house. He even put Ibadan there.. For those of you ranting and doubting the list I think you are being unfair to the op, the op did not post it in any way to give it rank the topic says "ten of" it is not top ten, so please remove the sentiment of one getting better than the other. If your are not comfortable with the list get your list and post it here 8 Likes 1 Share |

Op, I'm sure this is not arranged in sequential order. And BTW, I didn't know that Ikeja is now classified as suburban and Lekki closer to the capital 3 Likes |

rhektor: As in, I tire oooo! Virtually all houses in that area cost far more than 200million not one. That is what the op meant by wealthy environment. But they would rather cry foul instead of thinking. 2 Likes |

Emboabajunior: Amen!!! God bless you for this comment bro. Meanwhile, please stay back to watch as the "adult kids" turn the thread to tribal fight as some will start chest beating over wealthy peoples' properties in their town and others with hateful comments for not seeing their town on the list. I was about askng same. Before banana island became so popular, wuse zone 2 had already become notorious for being high priced and for the rich. As a matter of fact,my aunt and her hubby despite having 2 good jobs in the capital city, eventually had to relocate to airport rd so as to cut down on expenses, and start developing theirs. Who even knew jabi lake then? A list with jabi lake and no wuse zone 2? Naah. That's like rating ajah and ikota axis, above ikoyi. Kockane: 1 Like |
