The answer to all those question is NO cos Angola Govt have saved for rainy days like this, But our Govt under the useless ineffectual baboon wasted all the money that was made when crude oil was $100 with the help of the likes of Alison Maduekwe, Stella Oduah, Fayose, Akpabio, etc.. Now will you ask youself why is Bayelsa cannot pay Salaries for over 6month? because no free money anymore and they have borrow and looted those states dry.

The truth is that Amaechi, Buhari's minister of TP, was the one leading the governor's forum that took the Fed govt up to the Supreme Court. Amaechi govt forum won, Supreme Court declared that the excess should be shared. So if A won't save, while will B save. So the fault is not solely on Amaechi not GEJ

Yes Ameachi lead them but mind you Ameachi might happen to support that ideal but majority of the Governors my vote in favor of the sharing and make a move to sue FG.. But mind you, The President then need to call them to order and explain why they really need to safe the money then.. Now tell me there will excess under Buhari and some Governors will ask to share the money? Even supreme court order will not be implemented under Buhari and same as OBJ. That;s why i always sais GEJ does not have what it take to be a President, He is like a President of doind what ever they ask him to do.
