No country is totally devoid of murderers. Having pointed that out, countries like the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia have much lower murder rates than the UK, the US or Canada, and a lot of these is due to immigrants who come from lawless societies like Africa and Asia. That apart, I was referring to ritual murders. These are unheard of in the Gulf. Not so in other 'far more civilized' multiethnic nations like the US, the UK or France. For example...
