Skidrow and blackbox crack games
If you find a game that's typical 40GB in very small sizes it's likely not the game, compression can only go so far. More often you find cracked games are split into smaller sizes to help with peer-to-peer file sharing.
I'll suggest using an application like Internet Download Manager to download. You can pause it with that.

Just download IDM and intergrate it with your browser and it would automatically detect any
Download when you start it

which is better?

The GTX1070 has 8GB VRam.. and is one par with a Titan X/980Ti with 12GB VRAM and 6GB VRAM respectively but the GTX 1070 uses far less energy to do so... (150W compared to 275W). The Titan Z is of the Kepler architecture and that's much slower than the Titan X.
