A good product has finally found itself in a bad market! This program is like leaving "ete" and "paing lapalapa." The people in government have not conducted themselves in ways that will make citizens believe and have confidence in them. In as much as I will want this program to succeed, it's very obvious to a any sincere Nigerian that the enviroment prevailing in the country at moment will choke the laudable idea. Citizens' desperation for survival will surely lead many into engaging in all kinds imfamous activities.

. It's quite difficult to fault your observations regarding "us" the masses not meeting the minimum standard expected of a disciplined society. But can undisciplined leadership produce a disciplined followership? In my attempt to answer this question I found a correlation between the qualities of leaders of a group and qualities of members of same group. So which comes first? Morally upright followers or morally upright leaders? Leaders are suppose to be men and women of nobble character whose conducts can not be spoken against by the followers. Look around and tell me who amongst the so-leaders in our society in real sense can be called leaders. Once an idiot is rigged into a position of aurthority he/she assumes is a leader. In conclusion, the "jagajagarity" of any society is the resultant "jagajagarity" of both the leaders and the led.
