good morning nairaland's business gurus, please i need your candid advice probably guide lights on this. I want to start a block industry business, but i don't really know much about the business, like what i need, expected capital, how lucrative.
Can #500k work or any other business suggestions.

You will need a space of land which you can buy or rent. The land should be close to water or have steady water supply and you will need sand. You can contract people to be getting sand for you on a daily basis. Then cement, laborers, etc. I don't think 500k can do it.. Not with the current state of inflation in the country.

But you can visit other block industries around you and see how they do things. You can even ask the owner some questions. One thing I have experienced is that people are willing to help you if you ask nicely and politely. So go out there and ask questions. It'll help give you a more detailed idea. That's my 2 cents.

I really can't say. Prices differ with time and location. Best thing is to find out from other people in the business close to you.

I have something that might interest you, it will bring you a stable income monthly... Its much better than this block industry.
