A custom or top level domain starts with your desired name and ends with either .com, .org, .net, .edu, etc. It has nothing else going between. For example, www.acceptmydissability.com
. The red portion might be your desired domain name while the part in black could be your choice of a top level domain extension, which could also be .org, .net, .info, etc.

A subdomain contains your desired domain name plus someone else's top level domain. For example, www.acceptmydissability..com is a subdomain because the red part could be your desired domain while the black part might be someone else's top level domain.

Adsense approval depends on different factors.

Hello, Nanaman. You're using which means your blog is "hosted". You don't really need a hosting account from any web host. When building a self-hosted blog or website, then you can think of purchasing a webhosting panel.

Talking about domain names, you can get one from GoDaddy at $1 (about N500) using coupon code. A google search might be helpful.
