Especially the local goverments. The LG's are completely and utterly useless. Theirs is just collect money and eat without doing in anything. If I had my way i'll scrap local governments because they are useless. Completely hopeless and useless

Scrapping the local government will put too much load on the other two tiers of government. All they need is empowerment. The local government seem useless because the state government doesn't allow them to enjoy the level of autonomy needed for development.
Imagine the state and local government are operating a shared account, whereby the monies allocated to them are controlled by the state government and some meagre amount are disbursed to them which is not even enough to pay salaries.

My condolences to those who lost a lot to flooding. Elections is around the corner but the flooding is not Mimiko's fault and shouldn't be politicized. Its a battle between man and nature.
