Igbos putting Nigeria on the world map since 1860. We should now concentrate on the paralympians or break and bend the arms and legs of the useless abled bodied athletes.
We should not waste money anymore on those able bodied men and women.

Why do we win most of our medals from power lifting?

Our medals at multi-sports competitions (olympics, commonwealth games, all africa games, etc) usually come from athletics, boxing, weightlifting, wrestling and football (we've got the physique for these sports and these are also the sports that we are most interested in).

We don't usually send parasoccer teams, boxers and wrestlers to the paralympics, so our medals usually come from powerlifting and athletics (we've had several gold medalists and world record holders in athletics, eg Adeoye Ajibola and Adekundo Adesoji).
