Total amount spent so far is approximately 4.5million Naira.

Hian, what is your own in the matter, the guy that spent the money said he spent 4.5millon naira, why are you doubting him?....cost of building in Nigeria has increased with the current recession, secondly, several factors come to play in building like the kind of foundation, location of the property, the kind of soil texture, the materials involved, direct supervision or given to a contractor and the finishing, dont let me even go to what l spent in my rental buildings, meanwhile how is your building?....have you corrected the pliers or not

@abunafiu the reciept doesn't mean anything !! It can be manipulated . Per square metre of that roof shouldn't be more than #1,500 ..... That house wudnt cost more than 2.3m

Last my mum heard was 2200. I'm trying to figure out if I should buy now and store it for my decking in November or if the price will go down before then.

Azuh, you're been unfair by your unnecessary criticism of my project expenses.
I owe this forum a lot that's why I posted this to inspire others and to appreciate works of other senior guys here.
Your actions can discourage others.
If you check my profile, my project is my first post on the property section. I visit this thread almost God knows how many times in a day.
In my current rented apartment where I use SOLAR only, it cost me several millions to achieve.
But as a mark of respect for you and Especially the very senior guys, I hereby apologize to you. I never meant to be bring this thread to war again.
Azuh, I beg you, I can't withstand any online bashing or e~war.
